Terms of Sale All items on WhatWig.com are sold AS-IS, FINAL SALE. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. However, WhatWig does offer a 3 day exchange policy on any manufacturer-defected wigs. All of our wigs are thoroughly inspected before shipping, but should we miss any defects, you will have 3 days (from receipt of unit) to exchange your wig for another unit currently in stock of equal or greater value (What Not Wigs are excluded from this policy & are final sale). Defects include: · Holes in the lace (that will compromise the application of the unit) · Bald/thin patches in the hair · Loose stitching (inside the cap that would render the wig un-wearable) · Tangled/matted hair Our wig specifications are accurately represented on the website. However, the appearance of hair color and texture does vary depending on your computer monitor and settings. Different settings on individual monitors may distort or change actual color. Great effort is made to make sure our photos look as accurate as possible. We represent our pieces exactly how it looks and use a high end camera to ensure maximum color clarity. We also provide a description of the shade, a close up of the color tone and pictures of our products from multiple angles. Please review your selection carefully before purchase.
As such, defects do NOT include: · Hair color (pictures are taken in a natural light setting to best represent actual hair colors. Some wigs are taken using a flash setting to show variation in the hair colors) · Hair texture/curl/wave pattern · Size (wigs, like clothes and shoes, vary in size from vendor-to-vendor) · Length (wigs are true-to-length & measured from crown to tip) Should you receive your wig and notice any manufacturer discrepancies, it will be your responsibility to ship the wig back to WhatWig with your name, contact information, and description of the defect. The wig will then be inspected by WhatWig staff, an exchange will be granted, and shipping charges refunded, if the defect is acknowledged.
If no defect is acknowledged, the wig will be shipped back to you. Shipping will be your responsibility. Defects will only be acknowledged in wigs that are still in the condition that it was sent...brand-new, un-worn, and un-altered. If the wig has been altered in ANY way, an exchange will not be granted. Returns/refunds are not offered. WhatWig accepts credit card payments for VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through Paypal, Googlecheckout or Propay. Paypal is the preferred payment method and you do not have to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal. If you would like to pay with a credit card not using Paypal please email whatwig@hotmail.com for further payment instructions. IMPORTANT - All e-Check payments are made through PayPal & will take 3-8 days to clear. As a safety precaution, wigs will not be mailed until the e-Check has cleared. For immediate shipment of a wig using PayPal, a credit or debit card must be used. Calculated taxes on PayPal purchases are the PayPal transaction fees. Please be sure that your billing address is valid and matches the one associated with your credit-card otherwise your payment will be declined and your order will be canceled. Certified Checks/Cashiers Checks/Money Orders/Western Union/Money Gram Please email whatwig@hotmail.com for mailing information if paying with a certified check, cashiers check, money order, Western Union or Money Gram. Personal checks are NOT ACCEPTED. Shipping and Rates We ship ALL orders using the services of the United States Postal Service (USPS) and as such our rates are set according to USPS's pricing plan. We primarily use Priority Mail® Flat Rate Shipping for ALL orders domestic and International. Orders will be mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS) when your order status has changed to "Completed". With a "Completed" status , this confirms that WhatWig.com has delivered your package to the United States Postal Service (USPS) and as such all questions pertaining to the status of your package is no longer our responsibility. Your package can be tracked either by logging into your WhatWig.com account OR if you have the Tracking Number your can go directly to USPS -Track & Confirm. WhatWig.com is not responsible for packages delayed due to holidays, natural disasters, or postal service scheduling. Packages are shipped in 2-3 days on average for domestic destinations and 6-10 days on average for international destinations. Order Status Below are the listed outlines of the various order statuses and what they mean: Payment Pending (New Order) - Order has been created and staff members are awaiting payment before any further action will be taken. This order may be automatically canceled if payment has not been made by a specific time scale. Shipment Pending - Payment has cleared and the order it being prepared for shipment. Completed - Order has been paid for and shipped. Goods should arrive shortly. Tracking information is available. Problem - Order has been declined. More information may be available in the order notes or by email. Failed Fraud Review - Payment for the order has failed external/internal fraud review. Canceled - Order has been canceled. Reasons for order cancellation should show in your order notes or email. Please note that new orders which have not been paid for within a certain time scale may automatically be canceled.
