	by eena on 1/16/2012	Turned off by the tangling and shedding I've worn this wig off and on for about 3 weeks. It held up for about 1 week, then the shedding and tangling got very bad. I meticulously follow all the care instructions that came with the unit and what I found on the site, I used a detangler, I conditioned, etc, but the shedding still continues. For what I paid, I was expecting way better quality. Definitely disappointed with this unit. This was my first purchase on the site and unfortunately it will be my last.

Well, since the unit I purchased wasn't one featured on the website and I just had to post a review on this company, I'm submitting it wherever I can. This is my second unit ever, and I'm SO glad I decided to go with whatwig. The owner, Atuche, was super patient and helpful and responded to my questions within a couple hours max, sometimes even within the hour (and believe me, I had a lot of questions). Also, AFTER I paid for my wig, I noticed everything was 15% off on the site, and she even applied the discount to my purchase and saved me around $40! The quality is great, the price is great, and they even packaged it up in cute little bags, threw in some tape, a comb, and a couple of business cards. On top of it all, the hair is SO soft and smells AMAZING! OH - and it got here in 3 days! Can't go wrong with whatwig; I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you! :D
	by Shawn on 7/3/2010	What a beautiful unit!! Please forgive me for taking so ling to rate this unit. This was my first lace wig purchase and I have to tell you, I love it!!! The hair is absolutely beautiful and smelled delicious! It was longer than I ordered which was great and the knots were bleached to perfection. I am in the process of purchasing another unit. Thank you, thank you for being patient and answering my many many questions! Keep up the great work and you'll be very busy!!
