Want to bring life back to an old unit or a unit that just wasn't quite what you expected? Send it to WhatWig and you can have the knots bleached and/or have the unit custom colored and/or cut to your specifications. The unit does not have to be a WhatWig Lace Unit. This service is available to anyone & on any wig (custom coloring can only be done on human hair units).
You can request to have any style seen here on WhatWig.com duplicated or you can email (WHATWIG@HOTMAIL.COM) a picture of the color and or cut that you would like and your request will be duplicated.
Shipping charges for sending a wig to WhatWig are the responsibility of the buyer. The fees listed above include the service charge for a knot bleaching, custom cut and/or color. This includes shampooing and conditioning of the unit only. The unit will be returned to the buyer with the lace in the same condition as it was received, meaning if the lace had adhesive residue, holes, tears, frays etc. on it when it was received it will be returned to the buyer in the same condition. The buyer assumes the risk of the possibility of hair dye stains on the lace as this sometimes happens during the custom coloring process.

As computer monitors differ in their display of colors, color chart samples should be used as a guide only. For gray mixes, it is best if you send us a sample for us to match. Otherwise, you should specify how much white or gray hair we should mix with your base color.
